biked veyo loop from the ponds on sc prkway with ryan. very fun ride. still felt sick from 2 days ago. i thought i was going to die a few times because the traffic was soooo bad. i figured out later it was because of the parade of homes! note to self: next yr do not ride the IM course during presidents weekend! |

| yeah!!!! first day back running since injury!!!! i only went 1.66 miles...but felt good. I am following the returning from injury running plan AmberG posted awhile back. so i walked 5 minutes, ran 5 minutes, walked 5 minutes, ran 5 min, walked 5min all on the TM. |

| ran/walked 30 min on treadmill. then went on a bike ride with my friend becky later in the day. I am excited to get back into running! Still following the return to running injury guide, when running today I felt so good, my foot/ankle didn't bug me one bit. I wanted to run further...but i am trying to stick the the running guide....i just keep thinking...."good things come to those who wait" |

| ran outside today with baby jogger. ran for 45 min compared to the 30 min I was suppose to run. I ran longer than i was suppose to because of all the construction by my house I had to take a detour. ankle/foot still feels good.
