red rock relay.  joined 24/7 performance team (amber, court, alison, brooke, katie G, kristen T).  I felt honored to be apart of the team.  Their usual members were injured and I was totally honored to be asked.  However, we didnt have enough for a 12 man team and being unable for a refund, we decided to go run the relay for fun and run as many miles as we desired.  I ran 18. I did 13 with court and alison. 3 with brooke and 1 alone!  its was fun and a great day and loved that i got to sleep in my own bed!!

ran 8 mile loop with kristen nelson.  we walked some. I could fell the 18 miler i ran yesterday.  Funny thing was that on this run we saw runners from the red rock relay at 530am running.....i was so thankful i got a good nights rest...crazy!

had staff mtg this morning early so i didnt my run at 10am after kids were to school.  did 3x1.5 mile. avg paces= 730, 730, 750.  I progessivley got 10 sec slower with each split.  Haha..not sure if it was the heat or i was running alone or i just stopped caring. but its done! yeah.  going to go to yoga again tonight to try and loosen my back more
