ran with court, haley and PEGGY POO!!! we did our tempo run...except for me it was a normal run. After our 3 mile warm up...i realize my ankle was still on the fritz since saturdays tripping episode....So I started out the tempo (suppose to be at a 720 pace)...but slowed it down. So first 15 min tempo was a 735 pace for me...Then second 15 min tempo was an 810 pace and last 10 mn was at an 805 pace.  I was a bit bummed, but really didnt want an injury. Nice thing was that Cardiovascular wise I felt great. It didnt even feel like a 8:05 pace was even hard...so that mad me feel better.

Was having such a good time, that I was 20 min late getting home....oops!

seriously kicking myself right now. So i retwisted my ankle on the same run and the same exact spot during the run. I kept running on it, didnt feel too bad. but once I got home it seemed swollen and hurts when i walk. GRRRRR.. It better this evening...gonna take a wk off and just swim and see how it goes.

On the flip side I had tons of fun this morning. Ran with a great bunch. Had a "blast" with Peg!!
