| ran 9 miles from house today. around 9 min mile?? Nice to run in my new shoes. I slept in, so I went at 10am when my kids were in school. Had a slight sunburn when done! Just a nice easy run to clear my head!

| Tempo run with Court and Haley.
2 mile warm up at 9 min miles
3x 10min of 720 pace (was suppose to do 4, but I had to cut it short to get home in time)
1. pace 722

3. pace 730 (this was uphill. They turned around so I could get back to my car..what nice friends to do a tempo uphill for me!!)
Swam 1200 yards while kids were at school. I would have swam longer...but got bored! Miss swimming with Peggy poo and having someone to chat with!!

had 2 flats on the way home, I had to get a ride home from some rando.....(But actually the person who gave me a ride was super duper nice. She reminded me of a RS president.)

| I was so tired getting up this morning. I worked the last 2 days 15-17hr shifts at work and was sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo exhausted. Thought about snoozing......but so glad I didnt!
I do admit I had to take a few sips of an energy drink before this run!
I met court and allison and their friend stephanie and her friend from SLC.
We ran the ironman half course. Approx 12 miles.
Then added on 3 more miles with court and allison to make 15 miles.
Then added on 2 more with allison to make 17.
Felt good, foot felt good.
I have no clue what our pace was. we kept stopping etc. 2 bathroom breaks.
guessing around 845-9min miles...ish

..the last one we kinda sort of turned into our cool down. It was a great workout,,,really pushed me, but was completely doo able the whole time. I love running with court. she is so fun!

| ran down the sg marathon course with court, heidi, brooke reynolds and crystal boren. Court and I did easy run with mixed in intervals.
Easy pace around 830-850 min mile (approx 10 miles)
Interval pace around 650-710 min mile (approx 5.5 miles)
while running (in the dark), I tripped over a stick. I kinda rolled my ankle. It hurt pretty bad at first, but felt better by the end of the run
fingers crossed...no injuries!!!!

| ran with court, haley and PEGGY POO!!! we did our tempo run...except for me it was a normal run. After our 3 mile warm up...i realize my ankle was still on the fritz since saturdays tripping episode....So I started out the tempo (suppose to be at a 720 pace)...but slowed it down. So first 15 min tempo was a 735 pace for me...Then second 15 min tempo was an 810 pace and last 10 mn was at an 805 pace. I was a bit bummed, but really didnt want an injury. Nice thing was that Cardiovascular wise I felt great. It didnt even feel like a 8:05 pace was even hard...so that mad me feel better.
Was having such a good time, that I was 20 min late getting home....oops!

| seriously kicking myself right now. So i retwisted my ankle on the same run and the same exact spot during the run. I kept running on it, didnt feel too bad. but once I got home it seemed swollen and hurts when i walk. GRRRRR.. It better this evening...gonna take a wk off and just swim and see how it goes.
On the flip side I had tons of fun this morning. Ran with a great bunch. Had a "blast" with Peg!!
