met court and alyson at 515 and ran for 15 min. then met up with amber, marcie & jess (superfast girlies). I didnt realize that we were going to run with them. but i was super excited. they are so nice and did i metion fast. Anyway, ran with them for like 1-3 miles. then we turned around and went back. I had to be home at 640, cuz i had to work.  It was a good run...especially after my break. I have been back and forth about the SG marathon. I decided that I could do train for 12 wks if i started today...

so this is day one of wk 12!
